11.25 in the gully with Coach Murphy, Cubby, Davis, and Read. I felt good today, my ankle was a little tight at the beginning but it got better. I'm really curious about this years team, there's a strong top 3 and then a lot of guys who could be good, but its really unclear how good any of them are going to be. I'm really excited to test myself at highland, 3 months of good summer training is almost finished and I'm ready for the season to begin. I really like hills, especially when there are other people to run with. I might do a few miles tonight, I'm feeling really good and I'm feeling like running. Also, my spit is blue, which is awesome, thanks for the Gatorade Coach!
