Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Ran to the gully and did hill sprints, then ran back to Alta. I did an extra lap on my own to get past 4 for the day. Only 3 months of high school left. Kind of glad I didn't go to the meet today. I want to pull off a big success but not much opportunity for that at the moment. I guess patience is the key thing right now. I will have to figure out what to do tomorrow, probably a big, easy mileage day. Maybe a max effort 400 or 800m just for fun.
