Warmed up 2 miles, ran 6 200s and then cooled down 2 miles. Tomorrow is a 5k race so that will be fun. I got panda express after the run, it was awesome! The 200s felt kind of tough, I don't know what I will do next week, hopefully I will hit 2:04 or faster. I think our team needs to run under 8 minutes to qualify for New Balance Nationals. The qualifying time is 7:52 but we will be at 2000+ feet elevation so I think its about 8 seconds taken off overall. I think at 4500 its like 8 seconds per mile. Either way I am really looking forward to it, I want to go to Nationals!!!
