Today was a great workout! We ran to the huge hill on the the east side of the gully and did hill sprints. We did 5 hill sprints on a very steep hill. They were all tough, but they were so rewarding! I hit in the low 1:50s to mid 1:50s for all of them. We did it on the other side of the road today, it was harder and definitely longer, thats good! I love really hard workouts like today, they're a lot of fun and I just felt great, especially on the cooldown and after the run, its an amazing day! I actually finished ahead of Braydon on the 4th one and I ran with him and Kramer on the 5th so I did very well today! I will do another 4 miles today, it's too nice of a day not to go on another run.  Overall a great workout that I am very happy about, that 4x800m race at pineview won't know what hit it!

Later: 4.4 miles around the neighborhood. I felt good, and tried to use correct form. It was a nice run.
