Great talk with coach today. It always raises my spirits about running when I meet with him. We talked about my running and everything and decided that I'm going to cut back on mileage and take a little time to run on my own and figure out whats going on with my running. So my plan right now is to kind of reset my running and build this week and then next week hopefully start doing a little more hard stuff but just as I'm feeling it. I'm really just trying to get back in touch with my motivation and drive for the sport. Then when I come back if I'm feeling more like I did before I got sick I'm going to try running with the fastest group and see if that helps pull me along. I'm still hoping to hit some PRs this season, I just need to go at the right pace for now and get in the zone when races start happening.
