Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

This was an excellent run, Blake. I was impressed by how hard you worked and the good pace you set. If I were you, log your gully time here so you can look back on it (when you CRUSH it again!!)

Thanks Jake! I can't put the gully time in the description box until the weekend when the new computer arrives, I'm using my iPod which won't let me write descriptions, but just in case I forget it was 44:40. Hopefully I can take another 2 minutes off by Nike southwest if we do more gully time trials, maybe 3!
