Personal:

I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Coach Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I ran for Southern Utah University for a year or two. I am currently a doctoral student at Bowling Green State University studying industrial organizational psychology. Right now my main goals are to stay healthy and run consistently.

Mile warm up and then a 400m in 73, my calf was really tight so I stopped and ran a cool down.

Mile warm up and then a half mile on 2:35, I felt fine. My goal today was just do 2 laps in a pace that felt good and if I was under 2:30 to go for a sub 5 mile. I was definitely feeling it at 2:35 but I could have done it again for a 5:10 I think. I'll probably do something like this or maybe mile repeats soon. I want to run as much as I can before wednesday when it gets colder again.
