15 minutes running and 15 minutes walking. Averaged 7:27 for the 2 miles running. Didn't plan on how long I would run or walk but just went out for an evening cardio session. Felt good. Tried increasing my cadence on the way home and I sped up with very little effort, I should practice improving my cadence more. Typically i have a tough time getting above 155 steps per minute. |
