Personal:

Freshman running for Southern Utah University, I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Coach Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. Served an lds mission in Montreal Canada. I want to be a coach in the future! I'm also Swiss so I want to compete for Switzerland internationally.

Ran with Aidan and Liam today for a workout run, we ran on a dirt road I'd never been on, I liked it though. Well up until the last hill of the workout, which was a monster, I struggled on the 2 reps up that hill but for all the others I felt good. I didn't know liam was a 4:04 miler until today, I keep forgetting how fast this team is haha. I'm really glad Aidan is on my team, he's one of the nicest guys I've met, he makes you feel a lot more comfortable in a workout, great teammate! I'm definitely feeling like I'm improving a lot and I think I will do really good at the progression run next week. Love mt team, love how running is going.

Started out with the whole team, felt good, it was at a decently fast pace, I felt pretty goos besides it being really cold and hailing.

Jumped on the treadmill for a mile at the gym
